Q-Tip & K Dot Collab?

Earlier this week, former Tribe Called Quest MC and Producer Q-Tip posted a photo on his official Instagram page of himself behind an Akai MPC sampler in a studio session with Top Dawg Ent. and MTV's Hottest Rapper in 2013, Kendrick Lamar sitting across from him. The two seemed to be in deep discussion and this sparked a lot of queastions across the image hosting site and social media outlets. There were no official statements released by either artist but this didn't stop fans from getting excited about the prospect of the two joining forces: "if you and Kendrick Lamar come out with a song, it would be so badass", "amazing, amazing combination. It will make history", "YES! this is what hiphop NEEDS". Although the excitement is very premature, we would like to see what is birthed out of that studio session. So don't keep us waiting King Kendrick!
