House | Wednesday 25th March 2015 | Arren

2015 seems to be the year of big returns with The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers and Faithless all re-appearing in the musical sphere. Now another of one the UK’s most influential dance acts is following suit. Leftfield, who had their new track 'Universal Everything' spun by the BBC’s Annie Mac, have released details of a new album along with a UK tour.

Leftfield were pioneers of UK electronic music, fusing together many of the sounds emulating from London in perfect harmony. Alternative Light Source out in early June, will be Leftfield's third studio album; these ten tracks will the first new music from the group since 1999. Well they do say good things come to those who wait!

Their tour consists of four dates in June, seeing them touch down in Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow and London. If their past shows are anything to go by, they will be very loud!
