2014 was arguable his best year to date after signing to Hospital Records and dropping a double album series, Back to Basics. He has followed on from his success last year with an incredible debut essential mix on BBC Radio 1. Since the mix S.P.Y has constantly been circulating big tunes and remixes that have been dominating the clubs and regularly hitting the radio waves. He has managed to create drum & bass with a mainstream appeal whilst maintaining the raw, gritty edge. He has hit summer with a busy touring schedule and stacks of fresh material to play. S.P.Y is taking drum & bass to the masses and keeping it true to its spirit.
