John Nemeth with Paddy Milner

Born in Idaho, he got his start singing at church functions, but grew up to eke out a living as a truck driver. Resolute to pursue his dream of singing the blues, last year Nemeth packed up his truck and departed Oakland, California, for the legendary musical shores of Memphis. Even though his rental truck broke down in the desert en route, two days later he was holed up at Emmy winning producer and musician Scott Bomar's Electraphonic Studio, cutting what would become his new album Memphis Grease.
