Thurs July 28 [7pm -1130pm] - BEAT AFRIQUE Our new monthly celebratory Afrocentric Live + DJ Driven Thursday night sessions continues with a very tasty line up indeed at the CLF / Bussey. This month's hosts NUBIYAN TWIST DJ's joined by a very special South African SECRET GUEST BAND Live. Here to seriously slay the crowd and take no prisoners.

The Dancefloor truly awaits as we continue to chart, explore and champion the evolution and expression of African Music in all it's forms. Classic, contemporary & future Afro-Dancefloor sounds + the absolute finest in Afro Funk, Beats & Breaks unearthed AND delivered by the cream of the world's afrocentric live + DJ communities.

Taking you on a last Thursday monthly, eclectic polyrhythmic journey through Afrobeats to Breaks, Highlife to Kuduro, House to Funk N' Garage. Anything and everything goes - as long as it's Afro. Peckham to Senegal via Accra, Bamako and Ghana.
