The South London Soul Train, 3 Floor, 4 Room Special

Sat April 19 - The South London Soul Train Steams in to Peckham Rye Funk Central for another Multi-Level trip to good time central. 3 floors and 4 rooms of wholesome all night oh yeah mighty goodness :D

On Level 1, your eclectic host with the most ‘Jazzheadchronic’ [5Hr Set] is joined by First Word Records newest signing. The Fontanelles. Performing Live.

The Fontanelles Originally formed to be the onstage band for the London run of Fela! The Musical. Taking the energy of the stage show + adding reggae, ethio-jazz and ska influences to the funked up afrobeat source and making it their own. Their incandescent live shows a focal point for their unique energy. Simply not to be missed.

Then on Level 2 we’re mixing it up as we focus on the sounds of Future and Broken Soul, and Afro House music with special guest Gazebo hosting the main room w Special guest TBA. Then in the Level 2 Backroom we got Mukatsuku records Founder and DJ Nik Weston alongside the most glorious heavyweight vinylst DJ Marcia Carr cooking up some potent future retro brew. A Pure south london soul cocktail topped with lashings o' soul sauce and positive En-R-G. Tasty!

The Epic 4 room, 3 floor South London Soul Train line up ably completed in the Level 3 Theatre by veteran Master of the Funk 45, the Original Prime Minister of Fonk - DJ Snowboy + Special Guests delivering yet more of the rarest of the rare and the absolute toughest of the toughest in pure dance floor groove. All, night, long. Baby!

As always, all Passengers are requested to check their Souls at the Station as this ones for good time party people only! No Bass Wobbles Here, Only Love, Funk and Souuuuuuuul.

NOTE: 500 TICKETS ALWAYS AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR. However pls get there early as is always a roadblock, but once in it's well worth it :D
