Kerri Chandler has made a lasting contribution to house music. For more than two decades has the New Jersey born producer and DJ been producing deep house sounds on international major labels and revered underground outlets alike. Wherever you look, be it the pumping house of the Shelter EP, the jazz inflections of his on-going Thing For Linda EPs or the coming together of tradition and innovation on albums like A Basement, Redlight and A Feeling, Kerri has always aimed to prove that house music can be so much more than a passing club soundtrack. Boss of his own MadTech label and a DC10 Ibiza regular, he is a real house hero. Next, Fur Coat are a Venezuelan duo plucked by Damian Lazarus for his influential Crosstown Rebels imprint. They have released one heart warming full length of tortured vocals and warm beats and have turned in plenty of great remixes between gigs around the world at the leading clubs and festivals.
