Snoop Lion ft. Mavado and Popcaan: ‘Lighters Up’

If you have been living under a rock lately, you might have missed the reincarnation of Snoop Dogg into Snoop Lion. Well now it’s official, Snoop’s gone reggae. And with a little help from Jamaican dancehall artists, Mavado and Popcaan, the single ‘Lighters Up’ is earning Snoop Lion a new audience, but rendering Snoop Dogg fans confused.
It’s not a question of which is better between Snoop Dogg or Snoop Lion. They may be the same person, but they are different musical personas for different genres. So the real question is, which do you rather?
