Making mature indie without the tedious old rock vibe, Wave Machines manage to jam together a range of interesting noises and styles, 80s synthy basses, the occasional synth arpeggio drone, clipped beats that bring the rhythm home and even Ultravox style organs into surpirsingly original party pop.
