Two-piece 2:54 take their name from their favourite point in a track from the Melvins. Comprising of two sisters, Hannah and Colette Thurlow the girls stick closely to the rock/punk sounds of their influences. They exude the stereotypical bad ass, women-in-rock-music attitude without even trying. Oh, and leather jackets and Doc Martins are a staple, of course.
Fusing enthralling vocals with an industrial-esque, lo-fi sound, their songs are almost hypnotic in tone.
