Guetta Brainwash @ The Old Sorting Office

Editor's note:

Our brand new intern was at the Guetta meets Guetta thing last night, and here's what she sent us. At first, the news desk was tempted to edit her text back into English, but after reading it and pissing itself laughing, the desk decided to leave it as is, despite the sporadic lack of sense. She is French, and neither David Guetta nor the other guy, Banksy's ex mug-turned-rapist-of-the-visual-arts don't make much sense either, so maybe this is a perfect match between reporter and subject. Enjoy:

GUETTABRAINWASH

" After an argument with two ladies who did not want us to double them in the queue, we finally went inside the Old Storting Office thanks to our smart flippancy, in less than ten minutes. A hug with the security guard when he was checking our clothes and bags, and let's go to the bar.

Immediately sight caught up by huge statues of Dark Vador holding a pink fluo lazer and impressive pop art - inspired portraits of Madonna, Kate Moss, the Beatles and so on. We knew that it was a duo event collaborated with DJ David Guetta and Thierry Guetta aka Mr Brainwash - notorious street artist and filmmaker (Los Angeles-based), but we also discovered that the party ''could be '' part of a movie, according to A4 posters printed in small type saying that by entering in the area you allows the organisation to use the videos. Professional cameras and staff worthy of a real Hollywood film set, and all VVIP guests including Cathy Guetta and her court, gathered for a well done mise en scene. ''Are You Happy Loooooooodon?!! '' shouted David, inducted on a graffed ''MUSIC IS MY ART '' - hahaha - stage.

No surprises, almost everybody was having a good time, maybe a few more drinks than usual  - I guess by seeing whether dilated pupils wheter sunglasses under the neon light - replied, don't need to tell you that Whouhou Yeah Whouhou was the answer. He played most of his famous tracks, songs from his latest album Nothing But The Beat, but also other artists' songs such as JZ & Kanye West Niggas In Paris and other tubes of the last month. Easy.

I didn't want to go to this party forced to hear David Guetta music but I was curious to see Mr Brainwash work. What conclusion can I bring to you if only that the place to be definitely depends on the person you are? That s the reason why free will must not be lost , ok ? Bye.

Flore"
